Introduction
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between each eligible user and 4dgood. They apply to the website, user accounts, sports betting markets, live casino content, slot games, promotions, payment services and related features made available through 4dgood.
References to “you”, “your”, “player” or “user” mean the person accessing 4dgood. References to “we”, “our”, “us” or “the platform” mean 4dgood. Additional rules may be displayed for a particular game, sporting market, payment method or promotion. Those rules form part of this agreement.

Definitions and Interpretation
In these terms, an account means a registered 4dgood user profile. A bet or wager means a stake accepted by 4dgood on a sports market, casino game or other eligible activity. A bonus includes promotional credit, free play, cashback or another incentive subject to separate conditions.
Deposit funds are cleared amounts credited through an approved payment method. Withdrawable funds are verified balances eligible for withdrawal after applicable checks and wagering requirements. MYR or RM refers to Malaysian Ringgit.
Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any clause. Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate. If a game-specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule will apply to that game or market unless expressly stated otherwise.

Account Eligibility and Registration
You may register only if you are aged 21 or above, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are permitted to gamble under the laws that apply to you. 4dgood does not accept registration by minors or by any person acting on behalf of a minor.
Each player may maintain only one personal account unless 4dgood gives prior written approval. You must provide accurate, complete and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential details, mobile number and payment information where requested.
You must not create an account using false documents, another person's identity or information that conceals your actual location. Accounts must not be sold, transferred, shared or used as security for a debt. 4dgood may suspend duplicate, fraudulent or improperly controlled accounts while reviewing activity.
You are responsible for keeping your username, password and security credentials confidential. Activity completed through your verified account may be treated as authorised by you unless you reported a security concern before that activity occurred.
Age and identity verification may be required before deposits, bonus use or withdrawals are approved. Verification is a security requirement and does not guarantee that every transaction will be accepted.

Identity Verification and Account Security
4dgood may request identity documents, proof of address, payment ownership evidence, source-of-funds information or additional verification reasonably required for security and compliance purposes. Documents must be genuine, clear and valid.
A withdrawal may be delayed while verification is incomplete or while 4dgood investigates unusual activity. Players must respond within a reasonable period and must not alter, obscure or falsify documents. Failure to provide satisfactory information may result in account restrictions, rejected transactions or account closure.
Players should use a unique password, enable available security controls and log out after using shared devices. 4dgood should be informed promptly if credentials are lost, compromised or used without permission. We may temporarily restrict access to protect the account while an investigation is conducted.

Deposits and Payment Methods
Deposits must be made from a payment method lawfully held or controlled by the registered account holder. 4dgood may support options commonly used in Malaysia, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank and selected cryptocurrencies.
Available limits, processing times and fees may vary by payment provider, account status and transaction value. An e-wallet transaction may be processed quickly, while bank reviews or blockchain confirmations may take longer. References to typical timing are estimates rather than guarantees.
You must check the recipient details, amount and reference before confirming a payment. 4dgood is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect bank account, wallet address, unsupported network or unauthorised third party because of information entered incorrectly by the player.
Cash or funds originating from unlawful conduct must not be deposited. Chargebacks, reversed transfers and disputed transactions may result in account suspension. 4dgood may deduct the affected amount and reasonable provider costs from the account balance where permitted.

Withdrawals
A withdrawal request must generally be made to a verified payment method held in the same name as the 4dgood account. Alternative arrangements may be considered only where the original method cannot receive withdrawals and additional checks have been completed.
Before approving a withdrawal, 4dgood may verify identity, payment ownership, account activity, wagering completion and compliance with these terms. Stated processing times begin after all required checks and do not include delays caused by banks, e-wallet providers, blockchain networks or inaccurate player information.
Bonus funds, unsettled bets and amounts linked to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable unless the applicable promotion states otherwise. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply. A request may be cancelled or adjusted if the available cleared balance is insufficient.
Players remain responsible for any reporting or tax obligations applicable to their circumstances. 4dgood does not provide individual legal, tax or financial advice.

Sports Betting and Game Rules
A bet becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by 4dgood. Merely selecting odds or attempting to confirm a wager does not establish acceptance. Players must review the event, market, selection, stake and potential return before submitting a bet.
Odds for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL football, UFC and other live or pre-match events may change rapidly. The odds displayed in the accepted bet record will govern settlement. 4dgood may suspend markets when material information becomes available or when an event is interrupted.
Bets are settled using the official result recognised by 4dgood after the event concludes. Subsequent appeals, statistical corrections or disciplinary decisions may not change settlement unless the market rules provide otherwise. Abandoned, postponed or rescheduled events are handled according to the displayed sport-specific rules.
Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the relevant game system. Displayed return-to-player percentages describe long-term theoretical performance and do not predict results for an individual session. Technical errors do not create an entitlement to funds or winnings that would not otherwise have arisen.

Bonuses, Promotions and Cashback
Every 4dgood promotion may include eligibility criteria, minimum deposits, wagering multipliers, contribution rates, expiry periods, maximum stakes and withdrawal limits. Players must read the specific promotional terms before opting in or using bonus funds.
Unless expressly permitted, a player may claim each promotion once per person, household, device, payment method or shared network. Promotions must not be combined, transferred or exchanged for cash. 4dgood may withhold a bonus where eligibility cannot be verified.
Bonus abuse includes coordinated accounts, opposing bets intended to remove risk, irregular wagering patterns, duplicate accounts or attempts to exploit an obvious pricing or technical error. Where reasonable evidence of abuse exists, 4dgood may remove promotional funds, recalculate balances or close affected accounts.
Promotional examples expressed in RM or MYR are illustrative unless the offer states that they are guaranteed. 4dgood may amend or withdraw a promotion prospectively, but accepted qualifying activity will be assessed under the terms applicable when that activity occurred.

Prohibited Conduct
You must use 4dgood lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, money laundering, identity misuse, payment manipulation, automated betting without approval, interference with platform security and exploitation of software or pricing errors.
Players must not attempt to access another account, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted data, disrupt platform operation or use tools designed to gain an unfair advantage. Threatening, abusive or discriminatory communication with support staff is also prohibited.
If 4dgood reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, we may suspend relevant activity, preserve records, request additional information and withhold affected funds while investigating. Following review, 4dgood may void improper transactions, recover losses directly linked to misconduct or close the account.

Errors, Interruptions and Service Availability
4dgood aims to provide a stable service, but continuous or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, payment-provider issues, device incompatibility, power interruptions or events beyond reasonable control may affect access.
An obvious error includes a materially incorrect price, duplicated credit, impossible payout, incorrect game configuration or result produced by a technical fault. 4dgood may correct such an error and settle the affected activity on the valid terms that should have applied. If valid terms cannot be established, the affected wager may be void and the original stake returned.
Players should not assume that a wager was accepted unless it appears in the account record. Screenshots alone do not override system records, although they may assist an investigation. Disputes will be assessed using transaction logs, game records and other available evidence.

Responsible Gambling and Account Controls
4dgood is intended solely for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and never as a way to solve financial problems. Players must not use money required for rent, food, education, medical care or other essential commitments.
Available controls may include deposit limits, temporary breaks, account restrictions and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request should be taken seriously and must not be bypassed by creating another account. 4dgood may close duplicate accounts opened to avoid an active restriction.

Players must ensure that their information remains accurate. Where appropriate, 4dgood may retain records after an account closes to resolve disputes, maintain security and satisfy applicable record-keeping requirements. Account Suspension and Closure
A player may request account closure subject to the settlement of pending bets, security reviews and payment obligations. Closure does not cancel rights or liabilities that arose before the closure date.
4dgood may restrict, suspend or close an account where required to protect platform integrity, investigate misconduct, enforce a self-exclusion request or address a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where appropriate, legitimate cleared funds will be returned after deductions lawfully due and completion of required checks.
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, 4dgood may contact the user or apply the process stated in the account notices then in force. Players should keep their contact details current so that important communications can be received.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4dgood is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from ordinary use of the platform, missed betting opportunities, device failure, provider delays or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. You are responsible for deciding whether gambling is lawful and suitable for you, managing your account security and ensuring that stakes remain within an affordable budget.

Changes to These Terms
4dgood may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to services, security practices, payment methods or applicable requirements. Material updates will take effect from the date stated in the revised version or from another date communicated through the platform.
Continued use of 4dgood after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revision, you must stop using the platform and request account closure after resolving outstanding activity.

A complaint should include the registered account details, the relevant date, transaction or bet reference, a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence. 4dgood will review available records and provide a response after completing a reasonable investigation.
